Summary:Procedures for the synthesis of «C/LiFePO4» nanocrystals, cathodic material for lithium ion battery, in LiNO3 and NaCl-KCl melts are proposed. It has been shown that powders with a mean particle size of 18 nm with olivine structure and carbon fragments on the surface are formed. An electrochemical testing of samples showed the following characteristics: electrode and charge-transfer resistance: 75 and 100 Ω, diffusion coefficient: 4×10-13 cm2/s, charging capacity: 140 mAh/g, at a current of 30 mА/g and 3.1V and 3.7 V peaks.
