Резюме:The effect of the structure of a disordered medium with static disorder on the kinetics of geminate recombination. Two models of the disorder: a model of random traps and a model of random barriers. Transport in both models is described by the same equation subdiffusive, but the boundary conditions are different, so the results are different. If the reaction occurs by direct contact of the particles, the marginal probability of survival in a model of random barriers is not dependent on the degree of disorder of the medium and is the same as with the conventional diffusion. In the model of the random traps, it increases with the degree of disorder. The recombination rate in the two models differ significantly. It is shown that the experimental data on the decay of the photoluminescence in the disordered semiconductors can not be explained in terms of random walk model with continuous time.
