Zusammenfassung:The isomeric ratio of venoruton rutosides was defined using electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry. The adsorption isotherms of venoruton onto surface of silica and silica modified by chitosan and dextran were obtained. It has been founded that adsorption ability increases in the line silica-dextran<silica-chitosan<silica. Three-component materials composed of silica, polysaccharides and venoruton were investigated using IR spectroscopy, temperature-programmed desorption mass spectrometry and UV-vis spectroscopy. It was find out that on the surface of chitosan modified silica venoruton is adsorbed both on the hydroxylated surface and on chitosan polymeric chains, while on the surface of dextran modified silica venoruton is adsorbed only on the hydroxylated surface.
