Description
Summary:The lipase–mimetic properties of nanoporous carbon materials (activated carbons of SKN and KAU type, their modified forms) in comparison with native and immobilized lipase the model reaction of p–nitrophenyl palmitate hydrolysis at pH6.0-8.0 range was studied. It was found that oxidized forms of SKNox and KAUox exhibit their own catalytic activity, which is respectively 25 % and 12 % of native enzyme activity. Candida rugose lipase physically immobilized on the surface of nanoporous carbon materials retains 30-50% of its activity. Both carbon surface heteroatom dopping and its structure characteristics influence on activity of immobilized enzyme.
