Chemistry, Physics and Technology of Surface| Zusammenfassung: | Recommendations for synthesis of thin monolithic layers of silica based sorbents are given. The drying conditions of monolithic sorbents and solvent for removing organic additives are selected. A construction for coating the reaction mixture onto a glass carrier and drying a monolithic layer is developed which allows adjusting of sorbent layer thickness and solvent evaporation rate. It was found that sorption isotherm of malachite green on the monolithic sorbent relates to type I confirming predomination of nanosized pore in sorbent. The obtained plates with monolithic layer of silica provide fast separation of food dyes (curcumine, erythrosine, and brilliant green) mixture with use of mobile phase consisting of toluene and methanol. |
