Zusammenfassung:The possibility of application of genus Gluconobacter bacteria in biosensors for detection of organic substances was experimentally proved. Regularities electrocatalytic oxidation of ethanol and glucose immobilized on carbon materials G. oxydans cells in the presence of electron transfer mediators were investigated and evaluation of the functional characteristics of the model created biosensor was carried out.
