Surface| Summary: | Spectrophotometric study of interaction between β-resorcylic acid and β-cyclodextrin in aqueous solutions was performed. The formation of 1:1 "β-cyclodextrin – β-resorcylic acid" inclusion complexes with molecular form and singly charged anion of aromatic dihydroxybenzoic acid was proved. The stability constants of inclusion complexes and thermodynamic parameters of the complexation were calculated. The dependence of complex stability on pH solutions was demonstrated. |
