Резюме:Adsorption of some drugs with different therapeutic action and chemical structure on the fumed silica surface as a function of pH/ ionic strength and concentrations was investigated. Obtained experimental data were interpreted on a basis of surface complexation theory. Quantitative adsorption parameters, equilibrium constants of adsorption reaction, were calculated with basic Stern model for description of double electric layer. Most of studied drugs are adsorbed on silica surface as cations which interact with neutral and dissociated silanol groups.
