The content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) intermediates: conjugated dienes and ketodienes, at cold-sensitive and cold-tolerant developmental stages in the yellow mealworm T. molitor was investigated. Intensity of spontaneous and cumil peroxide-induced LPO was estimated. It has been shown that cold-tolerant 8-10 instar larvae are characterised by the reduced LPO product level as a result of cold acclimation. Cold-tolerant larvae are able to “hinder†LPO processes preventing accumulation of ketone products. ИÑÑледовано Ñодержание промежуточных продуктов перекиÑного окиÑÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¸Ð¿Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² (ПОЛ): диеновых конъюгатов (ДК) и кетодиенов у большого мучного хрущака T. molitor на холодочувÑтвительной и холодоуÑтойчивой ÑтадиÑÑ… онтогенеза. Оценена интенÑивноÑть Ñпонтанного и индуцированного перекиÑью кумила ПОЛ. Показано, что Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ…Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð´Ð¾ÑƒÑтойчивых личинок 8-10 возраÑтов характерно пониженное Ñодержание продуктов ПОЛ в результате холодовой акклимации. ХолодоуÑтойчивые личинки обладают ÑпоÑобноÑтью “тормозить†процеÑÑÑ‹ ПОЛ, не допуÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ¾Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² окиÑÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ природы. ДоÑліджено вміÑÑ‚ проміжних продуктів перекиÑного окиÑÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ Ð»Ñ–Ð¿Ñ–Ð´Ñ–Ð²: дієнових кон’югатів та кетодієнів у великого борошнÑного хрущака T. molitor на холодочутливій Ñ– холодоÑтійкій ÑтадіÑÑ… онтогенезу. Оцінена інтенÑивніÑть Ñпонтанного та індукованого перекиÑем кумілу ПОЛ. Показано, що Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ…Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ñтійких личинок 8-10 віків характерним Ñ” знижений вміÑÑ‚ продуктів ПОЛ у результаті холодової аклімації.
