description The article considers modern research on the use of CVD-diamonds in diamond tools, first of all, the ruling. The sizes of samples of polycrystalline CVD-diamonds for the ruling tool which are offered in the market and conditions of their application are shown. Features of diamond-abrasive processing of monocrystalline and polycrystalline CVD-diamonds and CVD-diamond films are shown. Technological developments in achievement of necessary efficiency of such processing are considered. Peculiarities of obtaining diamond tools with a working layer from CVD-diamonds and application of such tools are given. The requirements for the binding diamond tool for processing CVD-diamonds and for the coating of diamonds in such a tool are shown.

В статье рассмотрены современные исследования по применению CVD-алмазов в алмазных инструментах прежде всего правящих. Приведены размеры образцов поликристаллических CVD-алмазов для правящего инструмента, которые предлагаются на рынке и показаны условия их применения. Показаны особенности абразивной обработки монокристаллических и поликристаллических CVD-алмазов и CVD-алмазных пленок. Рассмотрены технологические наработки в достижении требуемой эффективности такой обработки. Представлены особенности получения алмазных инструментов с рабочим слоем из CVD-алмазов и применения таких инструментов. Показаны требования к связующему алмазного инструмента для обработки CVD-алмазов и к покрытию алмазов в таком инструменте. В статті розглянуті сучасні дослідження по застосуванню CVD-алма­зів в алмазних інструментах, насамперед, правлячих. Наведені розмірів зраз­ків полі­кристалічних CVD-алмазів для правлячого інструменту, які пропону­ються на ринку та пока­зані умови їх застосування. Показані особливості абразивної обробки моно­кристалічних і полі­кри­сталічних CVD-алмазів та CVD-алмазних плівок. Роз­глянуті технологічні напрацювання у досягненні не­обхідної ефективності такої обробки. Наве­дено особливості отримання ал­мазних інструментів із робочим шаром з CVD-алмазів та застосування та­ких інструментів.
