Description
Summary:The substantiation of the content of the binder in the hard alloy mixture, sufficient for the manufacture of fusible filaments, which are used in 3D printing by the method of layer-by-layer growth, is presented. The upper content of the hard alloys filler is 62.5% (vol.) or 37.5% (vol.) in the polymer binder  in this case the skeleton is shrunk and persisted  after pre-sintering and sintering. The lower boundary content of the binder at which the viscosity of the composite melt tends to infinity and the product cannot be printed at 36% (vol.) оr 64% (vol.) оf the hard alloys filler. Since there is no grounding for the content of rubber and paraffin or polymer according to the criterion of preserving the metal skeleton after distillation of the binder, it would be quite logical to accept the content of the binder in the carbide mixture for the manufacture of filaments of 50% (vol.), which corresponds to the practice of carbide production for obtaining compact parts after pre-sintering  and sintering. The content of the binder is less than 50% (vol.) It is necessary to clarify experimentally when using different types of polymers.
