Tooling materials science| Резюме: | The target of the study is to develop the process of liquid-phase application to grinding powders grains of multicomponent combined oxygen-, silicate- and carbid-containing substances (soluble oxides and silicates, insoluble oxides and carbides activated by the mechanochemical method) as a result of which thermostable coatings are formed on the grains of the abrasive.
The basic technology of formation of the combined thermostable wear-resistant coatings on grinding powders (diamond, cBN, composite powders) is developed.
The coating consists of oxygen- (B2O3, TiO2, SiO2, Al2O3, TiO, CaO, ZnO, CeO2, SnO2), silicate- (Na2O(SiO2)n), K2O(SiO2)n) and carbide- (SiC, TiC, B4C) containing compounds in various combinations.
The thermal stability, magnetic and electrophysical characteristics, techno-logical properties of the studied samples of grinding powders - initial and coated were determined.
The results of using abrasive powders with combined coatings (with a modified grain surface) in a diamond-abrasive tool are presented. |
