Tooling materials science| Резюме: | The existing gas degassing pipelines laid in the formation section workings are constantly changing their spatial position, which leads to violations of the system tightness and destruction of pipe butt joints. The geomechanical processes occurring in the rock mass and the active heaving of the soil of the mine working provoke tedious and corrosive destruction of the elements of degassing gas pipelines.
The article discusses the existing methods of maintenance and repair of gas pipelines for the development of innovative technical solutions to improve the performance of mine degassing gas pipelines.
The main areas of research were to analyze the existing methods of maintenance and repair of gas pipelines in order to develop innovative technical solutions to improve the reliability of degassing gas pipelines in real conditions of the mine environment.
The proposed technological complex is able to increase the safety and speed of maintenance and repair of mine degassing gas pipelines.
