Tooling materials science| Zusammenfassung: | Using the finite element method, the fields of temperature, temperature gradient, density of Joule heat sources in the high-pressure device "Toroid-40" were obtained. The use of these data made it possible to modernize the cell intended for conducting experimental research on the growth of gallium nitride crystals. The nature of the effect on the thermal state of the growth volume of the size of the end heaters, which are part of the resistive circuit of the high-pressure apparatus, is considered. As a result, the dimensions of the combined end heaters were determined, when using which the maximum temperature is in the upper part of the growth volume and the temperature gradients are minimal. These conditions correspond to the values of the radii of the upper and lower end heaters of 5 mm. |
