Tooling materials science| Резюме: | Due to military actions on the territory of Ukraine, the issue of metal and ceramic implants has become very urgent, and the requirements for their quality have increased significantly. Scientific studies in this area have shown that the effectiveness of surgical intervention largely depends on the biocompatibility of the implant and the human body, which in turn largely depends on the surface morphology of the latter. Improper preparation of the implant surface can lead to rejection with a probability of 13...15%, and this is due to the limited number of methods for preparing the appropriate surfaces. The obtained results of the experimental study of the processing methods showed their full suitability according to international standards, although some of them are not regulated by international companies, manufacturers of devices for 3D printing. It has been experimentally confirmed that some training methods consisting of only one action may be sufficient. It was established that the surface roughness varies within 0.5...2 microns, and the size of the sand granules during sandblasting does not significantly affect the surface roughness. It is shown that there are additional methods of surface treatment that can increase success during operations and in the process of postoperative rehabilitation. |
