This article profiles eight new FDA-approved drugs containing fluorine along with the fragments of amino acids or their derivatives. These pharmaceuticals include Eflornithine, Lotilaner, Leniolisib, Fezolinetant, Nirmatrelvir, Repotrectinib, Nirogacestat, and Pirtobrutinib, representing such therapeutic areas as cancer, neuromuscular disorder, immunodeficiency, virology, and infectious diseases.
