Fialko, N. Tymchenko, M. The issues of energy and climate security in the context of the EU Green Agreement are considered. An analysis of important areas and technologies aimed at achieving energy and climate security of energy supply systems in the building stocks of Ukraine has been carried out. It is noted, in particular, that among the relevant trends, the following deserve special attention: the transition to modern decarbonized centralized and decentralized energy supply systems, the implementation of a cross-industry communication strategy, the development of the direction of accumulation of various types of energy and its “iterative” transformation, the prospects for the use of low-carbon renewable hydrogen, etc. The features of the formation of the concept of energy and climate security in terms of its priority in relation to institutional requirements for different types of security are considered. Розглянуто питання енергокліматичної безпеки в контексті Зеленої угоди ЄС. Виконано аналіз важливих напрямів і технологій, спрямованих на досягнення енергокліматичної безпеки систем енергозабезпечення житлового сектору України. Розглянуто особливості формування поняття енергокліматичної безпеки в аспекті її пріоритетності щодо інституційних вимог до різних видів безпеки.
