Summary:It is shown the relevance and advantages of the CFD-models application in the monitoring system of the thermal, humidity and radiation state of the New Safe Confinement (NSC) as an object of particular importance aimed to ensure radiation safety of the Shelter Object of the Chornobyl NPP. Described scheme of the NSC state monitoring essentially complements and extends the capabilities of the designed monitoring system of the NSC parameters. The features and problems of CFD-models application for such a monitoring system are shown.
