Problems of Control and Informatics| Zusammenfassung: | The informatization of society and the close penetration of the Internet into everyday life require the improvement of various services operating on web platforms. Among such services, a separate line can be used to highlight services related to the possibility of choosing an action or product and a recommendation system that allows you to offer a product or service to the user. The task of the work is to present an approach to the creation of recommendation and selection algorithms using abstract automata for the implementation of recommendation systems, 3D resumes and services for the selection of specialists and job search according to the specified parameters, the implementation of tools for assessing knowledge and skills, the implementation of the selection of the characteristics of goods and services presented on the web - platforms. The task is implemented by using in the algorithmization of recommender systems and algorithms for the selection of abstract automata of Milli and Moore. Algorithms using the specified automata are proposed, which allow you to get an answer in the form of an alphabet, symbols or words when there are several elements (alphabet, symbols, words) at the input and their sorting (alphabet of states, obtaining phrases, constructions of answers). The peculiarity of the solved problems is that the proposed approach can be used in the development of artificial intelligence to describe the behavior of an Internet user, when at the beginning there are some input words describing the relationship of a person to goods, services, performance of work, performance of specific actions, and at the output , after a complex selection of constraints, is the choice of a specific object or action, in relation to which a decision can be made both by the user and by a third party who offers something to the user. The proposed algorithms can be used in the development of interactive personnel selection services, determining the need for personnel training and professional development, recommendation systems of financial and credit institutions, online stores for aggressive marketing, as well as the implementation of online knowledge assessment services. |
