The informatization of society and the close penetration of the Internet into everyday life require the improvement of various services operating on web platforms. Among such services, a separate line can be used to highlight services related to the possibility of choosing an action or product and a recommendation system that allows you to offer a product or service to the user. The task of the work is to present an approach to the creation of recommendation and selection algorithms using abstract automata for the implementation of recommendation systems, 3D resumes and services for the selection of specialists and job search according to the specified parameters, the implementation of tools for assessing knowledge and skills, the implementation of the selection of the characteristics of goods and services presented on the web - platforms. The task is implemented by using in the algorithmization of recommender systems and algorithms for the selection of abstract automata of Milli and Moore. Algorithms using the specified automata are proposed, which allow you to get an answer in the form of an alphabet, symbols or words when there are several elements (alphabet, symbols, words) at the input and their sorting (alphabet of states, obtaining phrases, constructions of answers). The peculiarity of the solved problems is that the proposed approach can be used in the development of artificial intelligence to describe the behavior of an Internet user, when at the beginning there are some input words describing the relationship of a person to goods, services, performance of work, performance of specific actions, and at the output , after a complex selection of constraints, is the choice of a specific object or action, in relation to which a decision can be made both by the user and by a third party who offers something to the user. The proposed algorithms can be used in the development of interactive personnel selection services, determining the need for personnel training and professional development, recommendation systems of financial and credit institutions, online stores for aggressive marketing, as well as the implementation of online knowledge assessment services. |

Інформатизація суспільства та проникнення Інтернету у повсякденне життя вимагають вдосконалення різноманітних сервісів, що працюють на вебплатформах. Серед таких сервісів окремо можна виділити сервіси, пов’язані з можливістю вибрати деяку дію або продукт та рекомендаційні системи, що дозволяють запропонувати користувачу товар або послугу. Задачею роботи є представлення підходу до створення алгоритмів рекомендації та вибору з використанням абстрактних автоматів для реалізації рекомендаційних систем, 3D-резюме та сервісів добору спеціалістів і пошуку роботи за заданими параметрами, реалізації інструментів оцінювання знань та вмінь, здійснення переборів характеристик товарів та послуг, представлених на вебплатформах. Задача реалізується за допомогою використання в алгоритмізації рекомендаційних систем та алгоритмів вибору абстрактних автоматів Мілі та Мура. Запропоновано алгоритми з використанням зазначених автоматів, які дозволяють отримати відповідь у вигляді алфавіту, символів або слів при наявності декількох елементів (алфавіту, символів, слів) на вході та їх переборі (алфавіту станів, отримання словосполучень, конструкцій відповідей). Особливістю вирішених задач є те, що запропонований підхід можна використовувати в розробці штучного інтелекту для опису поведінки користувача Інтернет, коли на початку є деякі вхідні слова, що описують відношення особи до товарів, послуг, виконання робіт, вчинення конкретних дій, а на виході, після складного перебору обмежень, є вибір конкретного об’єкта або дії, стосовно якої прийняти рішення може як користувач, так і стороння особа, яка щось пропонує користувачу. Запропоновані алгоритми можуть використовуватися при розробці інтерактивних сервісів відбору персоналу, визначення необхідності навчання кадрів та підвищення кваліфікації, рекомендаційних систем фінансово-кредитних установ, інтернет-магазинів для проведення агресивного маркетингу, а також реалізації онлайн-сервісів оцінки знань.
