The methods to calculate the concordation coefficients for the individual ranking set taking into account the expert competence, and the threshold values of this coefficient, the procedure of determination of recommendations for experts, fulfilment of which leads to better consistency of the individual ranking set, and the technique to calculate the group ranking from the sufficiently consistent set of individual rankings are suggested. |
