Initial problem of terminal control with delay and variables with velocity orders of unity and small parameter in view of necessary optimality condition is reduced to perturbed boundary-value problem with deviating arguments. In proposals of known general solution and conditionally stable solution of generating system the asymptotic solution of boundary-value problem with application of averaging method is constructed. Початкова задача термінального керування із запізненням і змінними, швидкість яких має порядок одиниці і порядок малого параметра в силу необхідної умови оптимальності зведена до збуреної крайової задачі з аргументами, що відхиляються. В умовах (пропозиціях) відомого загального розв’язку та умовного сталого (стійкого) розв’язку породжуючої системи будується асимптотичний розв’язок крайової задачі із застосуванням методу усереднення.
