Vakulеnkо, D.V. Existing approaches to investigating and modeling bone tissue are considered. The model of bone tissue remodeling оn basis of nonlinear partial differential equations is presented. In this model there are taken into account the following factors — osteocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts populations, matrix density. Quantitative investigation of bone tissue remodeling is also fulfilled with numerical integration using FEMLAB software. Stationary solutions are shown. Розглянуто існуючі підходи до моделювання та дослідження кісткової тканини. Представлено модель взаємодії клітинних елементів в процесі реконструкції кісткової тканини на основі нелінійних рівнянь в частинних похідних, в якій враховано такі чинники: популяції остеоцитів, остеобластів, остеокластів та щільність матриксу. За допомогою програмного середовища FEMLAB здійснено кількісне дослідження моделі реконструкції кісткової тканини. Наведено стаціонарний розв’язок моделі. V.M.
