Резюме:As it is shown in the paper, state vector recovery necessarily requires the robust stability of an extended system. This can be achieved by choosing the respective control law of a recovery system. The robust stability sufficient conditions for a domain, which are given in the paper as a set of inequalities, guarantee a solution to the state vector recovery problem. These conditions were obtained by reduction of the initial nonlinear functions to a quasi-linear form.
