Some disadvantages of existing election system of the versatile public organizations resulting in impossibility of a conscious and objective choice of candidates are shown. The new technology is distinguished by the property that the voters on the basis of application of expert estimation modern technologies define criteria and weight of estimation of candidates. Ratings of candidates corresponding to these criteria are calculated by computers. Показано деякі недоліки існуючої системи виборів у багатопрофільні громадські організації, що призводять до неможливості свідомого й об’єктивного вибору кандидатів. Запропоновано нову технологію, яка відрізняється тим, що виборці на основі застосування сучасних технологій експертного оцінювання визначають критерії оцінки кандидатів та їх вагомість, а комп’ютер обчислює відповідні цим критеріям рейтинги кандидатів.
