The families of matrixes depending on variable parameters and containing eіgenvalues features of low codemenensionality are considered. The aime of these investigations is construction of structurally stable («rough») algorithms of reducing a general form to special form convenient for numerical realization of study of large dimensional systems, associated with oscillatory systems. Розглянуто сімейства матриць, які залежать від параметрів, що змінюються, та мають особливості власних значень невисокої корозмірності. Ці дослідження призначені для побудови структурно стійких («грубих») алгоритмів приведення матриць загального вигляду до спеціального спрощеного вигляду, зручного для чисельної реалізації дослідження систем великої розмірності, асоційованих з коливальними системами.
