Zusammenfassung:The Fourier analysis method of the time series is applied to the estimation of the rotation of structural formations in the Sun atmosphere, which are observed in the line НeI of 1083 nanometers from the Earth. On the basis of an original method of the solar disk images discretization the time series of average values of the images intensities in the 3o heliographic latitude zones on the time interval relevant to 50 Sun rotations are obtained. With the use of the algorithms implemented in the software the rotation period of structures, spectral densities and power of processes in the latitude zones are estimated. The results can be used for the quantitative characteristic of differential rotation of the solar formations.
