Artyushenko, N.M. The criteria of estimations of the technical systems project variants that take into account quality attributes of technological processes are considered. The models of the mathematical programming for finding optimum on a cost and quality of information plans of purchases of earth observation from space data from commercial satellites for the decision of ecological monitoring tasks are built. Some examples are given and the decision algorithm of optimum choice finding is offered. Розглянуто критерії оцінок проектних варіантів технічних систем, що враховують якісні характеристики технологічних процесів. Побудовано моделі математичного програмування для складання оптимальних за вартістю і якістю інформації планів закупівель даних спостережень Землі з космосу з комерційних супутників для розв’язання задач природоресурсного і екологічного моніторингу. Наведено приклади і запропоновано алгоритм розв’язання задачі оптимального вибору. V.M.
