Резюме:The conception of new cryogenic-optical sensor for applications in space, geodyna-mics and basic experiments is described. The sensor is based on magnetic suspension with levitating probe body, precise optical detector of probe body position and signal processing system. The Michelson interferometer based on laser diode and single-mode optical fiber was used as probe body displacement sensor. The parasitic interference noises were appreciably suppressed by matching of laser diode radiation coherence length and optical path differences in interferometer. The minimal detected displacement of probe body was 0,1 nm. The design of sensor and mathematical model of superconducting suspension dynamics are described. The results of experimental tests of magnetic suspension and optical interferometric sensor displacements with sub-nanometer sensitivity are presented.
