The process of technology commercialization is aimed at developing strategies that allow offering created and protected technologies to potential consumers and negotiating about them, thereby facilitating technology transfer. This process is considered complex and requires active interaction between various parties involved in this process. The process consists of a number of sub-processes, it is proposed to standardize the procedure for promoting technology to the market from its creation and protection to implementation. The key points in technology transfer with this approach are protection, identification of potential consumers, determination of market value and conclusion of the agreement. Cases of providing technology under non-exclusive and exclusive licenses are considered, and an algorithm for choosing a royalty rate when evaluating technologies is also proposed. It is recommended to evaluate property rights to the technology for a specific consumer, taking into account his view on the most effective use of the acquired technology and, in accordance with this, to develop a business model for the application of the technology. It is also important to monitor the implementation of measures provided for by the agreement and assess the compliance of the use of technology with the standards stipulated by the agreement.
