The systems are descriptor in the sense that the operators in these relations can have nontrivial kernels.We found unique solvability conditions, describe sets of initial vectors and sets of solutions, study optimal control problem with quadratic cost functional. Розглянуто зосереджені та розподілені системи керування з дискретним часом, динаміка яких описується лінійними співвідношеннями з необмеженими операторними коефіцієнтами у гільбертових просторах. Системи дескрипторні в тому сенсі, що в цих співвідношеннях оператори при невідомих векторах можуть мати нетривіальні ядра. Встановлено умови однозначної розв’язності, описано множини початкових векторів та розв’язків, вивчено задачу оптимального керування з квадратичним функціоналом якості. V.M.
