The possibility of extending well known methods of stochastic identification, properly modified for the multivariable systems, which generate data, containing bounded uncertainty is studied. It is shown that in general case the only approximate truncated low order model may be correctly reconstructed. For systems with various structural properties and signal/noise ratio the connection of the truncated model parameters with dynamic characteristics of the real object is established. Досліджено можливість розповсюдження з відповідною модифікацією відомих методів стохастичної ідентифікації на багатовимірні системи, що генерують дані, які містять обмежену невизначеність. Показано, що у загальному випадку коректно може бути відновлена тільки апроксимуюча модель пониженого порядку зі зміщеними оцінками її параметрів. Для систем з різними структурними властивостями і відношенням сигнал/шум встановлено, як узгоджуються параметри урізаної моделі з динамічними характеристикамидосліджуваного об`єкта. V.M.
