Some examples and structure of various hardware architectures and development kits are described. A comparison of elapsed time of two block algorithms on different computational devices is shown. It is established, that the main criteria in developing the algorithms for such devices is an appropriate usage of memory and minimizing delays between host and computational device. Розглянуто приклади різних апаратних архітектур обчислювальних пристроїв і програмних інструментаріїв. Описано структуру апаратної і програмної архітектури обчислювальних пристроїв. Наведено порівняльну характеристику часу виконання двох блокових алгоритмів на різних апаратних платформах обчислювальних пристроїв. Встановлено, що основним критерієм при побудові алгоритмів є оптимальне використання пам’яті і мінімізація затримок при обміні даними між хост-комп’ютером і обчислювальним пристроєм вузла. V.M.
