The identification problem of one-dimensional nonlinear stationary equation of quasioptics about the definition of square summable coefficients, when the nonlinear part includes the purely imaginary coefficient is studied. The formula is found for the gradient of the functional, built on the final observation and necessary condition of a variational inequality is established. The theorem of existence and uniqueness of a solution for the direct problem is proved. Вивчається задача ідентифікації для одновимірного нелінійного стаціонарного рівняння квазіоптики про визначення квадратично-сумованих коефіцієнтів, коли нелінійна частина рівняння містить лише уявний коефіцієнт. При цьому знайдено формулу для градієнта функціонала, побудованого за фінальним спостереженням, і встановлено необхідну умову типу варіаційної нерівності. Доведено теорему існування і єдиності розв’язку прямої задачі. V.M.
