Koba, E.V. Pustova, S.V. Single-channel queueing system with input flow of dual demands is investigated. The proof of ergodicity condition is given. On conditions that duration of operations and interval between them are constant, a problem of mean waiting time determinationfor the first and second operations is analytically solved for the case when interval is less than duration of operation. A problem of Laplace–Stieltjes transform of virtual waiting time is solved. Розглянуто одноканальну систему обслуговування з вхідним потоком подвійних заявок. Доведено умову ергодичності. При сталій тривалості операцій і зазору між ними для випадку, коли зазор менший тривалості операції, аналітично розв’язано задачу визначення середнього часу очікування для першої і другої операцій. Отримано перетворення Лапласа–Стільтьєса віртуального часу очікування заявки. V.M.
