A new formulation of the problem for the formalization of choice of the optimal design structure of the organization, based on a modern methodology for developing complex software systems, which reduces to nonlinear Boolean equations. A procedure is developed that uses the rank approach to solving combinatorial optimization problems, which has polynomial time complexity. The results of statistical modeling that substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed method are presented. Запропоновано нову постановку задачі для формалізації вибору оптимальної проектної структури організації, в основу якої покладено сучасні методології розроблення складних програмних систем, яка зводиться до нелінійних булевих рівнянь. Розроблено процедуру, що використовує ранговий підхід до розв’язання задач комбінаторної оптимізації, яка має поліноміальну часову складність. Наведено результати статистичного моделювання. V.M.
