Резюме:An approach to the study of fingers movements to build specifications of finger-spelling units of sign language is studied. An informational-parametric model of the hand that describes the possible motions in fingerspelling process of sign language is proposed. Ten fingerspelling alphabet of sign languages are researched and a comparative analysis in terms of their similarities and differences in building movements are carried out. An example of the training program for Ukrainian fingerspelling alphabet developed by using the technology .Net and Windows Presentation Foundation of Microsoft is proposed.
