In the future, the recovery of Ukraineʼs economy will demand the use of innovative technologies based on intellectual property objects. When forming an intellectual property portfolio, which is the basis of an innovative project, such issues as the validity of the project, the scope of property rights and the market value of property rights to objects of intellectual property rights that are the basis of the project should be taken into account. It is obvious that the issues of intellectual property assessment and the issue of royalty rate formation will also be relevant. A brief overview of approaches to the assessment of objects of intellectual property rights, algorithms for the application of these approaches is given. The work provides specific examples of innovative project management, based on the experience of US universities, for three hypothetical developments in the creation of a genetic vaccine, an innovative laboratory product — ion chromatography, and a spare part for a car — a catalytic converter. The stages of commercialization are considered, from conceptual to the stage of production preparation and market entry. The importance of legal support at each stage of the project is also emphasized. |

В будущем при восстановлении экономики Украины потребуется применение инновационных технологий, которые основываются на объектах интеллектуальной собственности. При формировании портфеля интеллектуальной собственности, лежащего в основе инновационного проекта, должны учитываться следующие вопросы: обоснованность проекта, объем имущественных прав и рыночная стоимость имущественных прав на объекты права интеллектуальной собственности, являющиеся основой проекта. Очевидно, что актуальны вопросы оценки интеллектуальной собственности, а также формирования ставок роялти. Приведен краткий обзор подходов к оценке объектов права интеллектуальной собственности, алгоритмы применения этих подходов. В работе приведены конкретные примеры управления инновационными проектами, основываясь на опыте университетов США, для трех гипотетических разработок создания генетической вакцины, инновационного лабораторного продукта – ионной хроматографии и запасной части к автомобилю – каталитического конвертера. Рассматриваются стадии коммерциализации: от концептуальной до подготовки производства и выхода на рынок. Отмечается также важность правового сопровождения каждой стадии проекта. У майбутньому при відновленні економіки України буде затребуване застосування інноваційних технологій, які ґрунтуються на об’єктах інтелектуальної власності. При формуванні портфеля інтелектуальної власності, який лежить в основі інноваційного проєкту, повинні враховуватися такі питання: обґрунтованість проєкту, обсяг майнових прав та ринкова вартість майнових прав на об’єкти права інтелектуальної власності, які є основою проєкту. Очевидно, що актуальними будуть питання оцінки інтелектуальної власності, а також формування ставок роялті. Наведено короткий огляд підходів до оцінки об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності, алгоритми застосування цих підходів. У роботі наведено конкретні приклади керування інноваційними проєктами, ґрунтуючись на досвіді університетів США, для трьох гіпотетичних розробок створення генетичної вакцини, інноваційного лабораторного продукту — іонної хроматографії, та запасної частини до автомобіля — каталітичного конвертера. Розглядаються стадії комерціалізації: від концептуальної до підготовки виробництва та виходу на ринок. Наголошується також на важливості правового супроводження кожної стадії проєкту. V.M.
