Резюме:Received 03.06.2019 UDK: 621.74.074:669.712:546.261:531.42 It has been investigated the influence of technological regimes on the composites samples’ density with nanoscale additions of carbide and oxide particles, obtained by the developed technology. The composite layers are produced on the basis of micro-nanogranules consists of БРАЖ 9−4 and БрОФ 10−1 alloy powders and nano-particles additions which were previously fixed onto the surface of the metallic powders. The composite mixtures are subjected to preliminary hot pressing, and the subsequent heat treatment to form a strong adhesive bond and wide transition diffusion zone between the material’s layers. For the composite layer based on БрОФ10−1 it has been investigated when the time and temperature of the furnace treatment are changed, the material’s porosity is about from 8 to 3, the optimum regime is heating up to 1100 0C without isothermal holding. In composite layer based on БРАЖ9−4 the porosity in the discovered consolidation regimes of the material varies from 4,6 to 1,3. The optimal mode of the furnace treatment is heating up to 1150 0C and the 10 minute exposure period.
