The nature of ferrite amount, hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation distribution of castings made of ductile cast iron are defined and analyzed. The obtained results indicate high stability of the quality parameters of castings made of ductile cast iron obtained by «in-mold» process. Поступила 04.12.2018 УДК 669.162.275:621.744:539.216 Наведено дані про структуроутворення та показники механічних властивостей високоміцного чавуну у виливках, які одержують в оболонкових формах із застосуванням внутрішньоформового модифікування. Визначено і проаналізовано характер розподілу кількості фериту, твердості, тимчасового опору при розтягуванні, умовної границі плинності і відносного видовження виливків з високоміцного чавуну. Отримані результати досліджень свідчать про високу стабільність показників якості виливків з високоміцного чавуну, одержуваного внутрішньоформовим модифікуванням.
