Описано два способи контролю якості чавуну з кулястим графітом у виливках. Механічні властивості запропоновано контролювати при випробуваннях литих V-подібних проб, а для неруйнівного контролю оптимального поєднання структурних складових металу виливків при ізотермічному їх загартуванню запропоновано використовувати датчик, що дає сигнал про досягнення певного співвідношення парамагнітної і феромагнітної фаз в металі виливка.
