Summary:The possibilities of using casting on dissolvable expanded polystyrene (EP) models into shell complex-modified forms of the developed heat-resistant alloy intended for obtaining directionally crystallized GTE parts, including working blades, are examined. For the group of solvents the parameters of the process of dissolution and removal of different types of EP are determined. It is shown a reduction in roughness, absence of depletion of the contact layer of casting - a form, which made it possible to obtain parts with a given level of performance characteristics and reduce the cost of machine processing.
