Резюме:The factors affecting the formation of a homogeneous emulsion with ultradisperse drops (<1 μm) in melts with an immiscibility region and the formation of a «frozen microemulsion» structure in a cast state are investigated. The technologies of obtaining monotectic copper alloys with dispersed reinforced inclusions based on FeCrC, which ensure the size of the strengthening phase > 3 μm are considered. A new MHD-technology has been developed for the production of special copper alloys strengthened by ultradispersed and uniformly distributed inclusions based on FeCrC, with increased performance characteristics.
