Резюме:The influence of the Сr+W+Mo, Ti+Al values and yttrium modification of the condition return on the mechanical properties and long-term strength of the ЖС6У-ВІ alloy was studied. It was established that the method of ЖС6У-ВІ alloy melt refining affects the separation of phases along the grain boundaries and allows an increase in the content of the γ’-phase, as a result of which it is possible to consider the admissibility of increasing the value of the Ti + Al sum, probably up to 8.3%. Refreshing the condition return during remelting allows you to control the chemical composition of the metal. To optimize the refreshing of the alloy, remelting must be carried out in an installation equipped with a sampling module to determine the chemical composition of the alloy during melting. Modification of the nickel-yttrium alloy with estimated 0.01% yttrium content in the metal makes it possible to ensure the absence of phase separation along the grain boundaries, reduces the grain size of the macrostructure. The modification increases the mechanical properties at room temperature, but reduces the long-term strength of the ЖС6У-ВІ alloy at high temperatures, which is a consequence of the reduction of the macrograin size.
