Проаналізовано зміни, які вносяться у позначення марок алюмінію, ливарних та деформівних алюмінієвих сплавів відповідно до Закону України «Про стандартизацію», який переорієнтовує національну систему стандартизації на європейські та міжнародні норми. Охарактеризовано структуру й зміст чинних Національних стандартів, в тому числі гармонізованих з міжнародними та європейськими стандартами, узгодження чинних стандартів, терміни їх дії, перспективи застосування та розвитку.
