Summary:Designed and implemented the design of mixing reactors, where there is a continuous formation of the suspension. Such reactors are distinguished by the imposition of mechanical rotation with the ability to control the kneading intensity, the number of particles that are introduced into the melt, the formation of the vortex motion of the melt and the decrease in the volume of the melt in the reactor. Based on the physical and mathematical modeling of hydro- and gas-dynamic processes of formation of a suspension melt in mixing reactors, the dependences of the change in the shape of the free surface and the rate of fluid outflow from the reactor and the gas flows that are supplied. The effectiveness of the use of these reactors to obtain a dispersion-reinforced composite material based on aluminum and copper alloys has been established.
