Резюме:With the development of the Ukrainian gas turbine industry, the designs of gas turbine engines and installations are increasingly being improved. However, this leads to the complication of blade designs, which are an important component of these systems. As a result, the production of these blades becomes more difficult and requires more effort. The task is to improve the efficiency of the production process of cast blades, ensuring high product quality. Research conducted in this field shows that most of the scientific work related to the casting of gas turbine engine blades is focused on the development of new alloys. However, ceramic molds do not receive enough attention, although they have a significant effect on the properties, geometry and quality of the manufactured blades. Despite the long-term experience of Ukrainian turbo-building enterprises, the production of cast blades is imperfect, and the percentage of defects is quite high, sometimes reaching 60%. The highest percentage of failure (up to 40%) is explained by the presence of defects such as heterogeneity, thermal cracks and gouging of rods. These defects occur at the stage of obtaining ceramic forms due to the imperfection of the used modeling masses, molding materials and rod system. As a result, enterprises experience large production losses, so the development of measures to reduce the percentage of defects becomes relevant and necessary. It is necessary to develop measures aimed at solving this problem and reducing the percentage of defects. This may include research and implementation of new model masses, molding materials and rod system that will be as accurate and reliable as possible. It is also important to analyze and improve the processes of forming ceramic molds in order to eliminate their imperfections, which lead to defects in cast blades.
