Description
Summary:Received 03.12.2020 UDK 621.74:669 A distinctive feature of the gaseous mode of the mold during the bottling process is the creation of spilled counterflows of counter-wave flows filling the mold of the melt, which close the local volumes of unremoved air, which when receiving castings of panel type with developed horizontal upper surfaces requires enhanced sparse ventilation. The unique ability to fill unpainted molds with a low overheat melt in the shortest possible way through sparse castings requires special ventilation to remove gases emitted from the metal walls of the molds when they are heated at the time of contact with the melt. The design of a sparse plate ventilation system, which meets the requirements of the bottling process, is acceptable for water-cooled molds in combination with vacuuming the contact zone of the casting with the mold in order to maximize the acceleration of the curing process. To obtain a casting process of high-quality castings from aluminum alloys requires melts with a low hydrogen content, which can be achieved both by refining and the maximum allowable reduction of the casting temperature and their combination.
