The article provides a brief analysis of the state of standardization in the foundry of Ukraine and identifies further areas of work in this area, taking into account Ukraine‘s obligations to implement the regulatory framework of the European Union, eliminate contradictions with international and regional standards. The purpose of the introduction of new regulations is to reorient production to high quality products in the foundry industry. The Technical Committee for Standardization TC 177 «Foundry» studied the provisions of interstate regulations, regional and international standards on the basis of which there are developed the national standards relating to common terminology in foundry production, quality requirements for castings, as well asstandardization of tolerances, allowances for machining of castings. The main statments and novelties in the normative documents are outlined. It is noted that the systematization of national regulations will help to ensure the reliability of technological processes, improve the environmental situation, improve the quality and reduce material and energy consumption of domestic foundries.

Надійшла 21.10.2020 УДК 621.74:001.5:389.6 Розроблення національних стандартів у певній галузі, зокрема, у ливарному виробництві, потрібно здійснювати постійно з урахуванням динаміки розвитку науки та техніки, екологічних вимог та техніки безпеки, економічної доцільності тощо. У статті наведено короткий аналіз стану стандартизації в ливарному виробництві України та визначено подальші напрями роботи в цій галузі з урахуванням зобов`язань України щодо впровадження нормативно-правової бази Європейського Союзу, усунення протиріч з міжнародними та регіональними стандартами.Метою запровадження нових нормативних документів є переорієнтація виробництва на високі якісні показники продукції у ливарному виробництві. Технічним комітетом стандартизації ТК 177 «Ливарне виробництво» досліджено положення міждержавних нормативних документів, регіональних та міжнародних стандартів, на основі чого розроблено національні стандарти, які стосуються єдиної термінології у ливарному виробництві, вимог щодо якості виливків, а також унормування допусків, припусків на механічне оброблення виливків. Розглянуто основні положення та нововведення у нормативних документах. Запропоновано з метою систематизації процесів стандартизації наступним eтапом розроблення національних стандартів визначити розроблення стандартів на ливарне обладнання. Зазначено, що систематизація національної нормативної документації сприятиме забезпеченню надійності технологічних процесів, поліпшенню екологічної ситуації, підвищенню якості та зниженню матеріало- і енергоємності вітчизняної ливарної продукції.
