The article presents an analysis of the development of foundry processes in view of the structural diversity of cast billets, for the manufacture of which these processes are suitable. At the same time the substantiation of systematization both among long-existing foundry processes, and rather recent, introduced in manufacture as sign original technologies is executed. Previously and now, mostly during molding in paired crucibles, they poured and poured what (1) they could form. With the development of casting on one-time pattern, in particular gasified ones, the possibility of casting what (2) they could model was added. With the advent of additive manufacturing - 3D technology, the ability to cast (3) that could print or “grow” was added. And now they can print both a foundry pattern (single or multiple) and mold, as well as castings. Thus, we are talking about three stages of formation and subsequent increase in the possibilities of foundry production. Several examples from open sources of world technical information are given, in particular, about the application and advantages of digital technologies for optimization of cast structures, for technological preparation of production, as well as about the perspective direction of further research. A series of studies is planned for the development of casting methods for gasified printed patterns. Such cavity fs consist of smooth outer shells with internal struts, they should be used for metal casting by some analogy with vacuum film molding by combining the cavity of the patterns with the atmosphere, making channels in the pattern and extending them with tubular protrusions. the first stage. Then the gas emissions, even rapid or peak, from the gasification of the polymer pattern are discharged to the upper surface of the mold, where the gases can be ignited for neutralization similar to the method that we patent. |
